SAMOON keyboardist and founding member Samuel Cirelli has confirmed the official lineup for the supergroup that will accompany him in this current phase of his career. The musician has assembled a truly heavyweight team, featuring names of the caliber of Henrique Martins (vocalist, Winterfall), Gustavo di Pádua (guitarist, Aquaria, Endless), Gabriel Triani (drummer, Wizards), and Raphael Dafras (bassist, Edu Falaschi, Almah).
It was with this quartet that Samuel recorded SAMOON’s first album, alongside producer Thiago Bianchi (Noturnall, ex-Shaman) at Fusão Studio. The material, which will be released in Brazil by MS Metal Records, will also feature special appearances by the equally important Vitor Veiga (vocalist, Aquaria, Endless), Thai vocalist Keerati (Skyline), and Thiago Bianchi himself.
Since his adolescence, Samuel Cirelli has always been interested in music, beginning his self-taught keyboard studies at the age of 15. To improve his technique, at 23 he enrolled in the IT&T music school. He played in some Heavy Metal cover bands, but his focus has always been on his own compositions.
In 2008 he formed the band Illustria, and in 2009 they independently released an EP containing four tracks. Two of these songs were his own compositions.
The band performed shows in São Paulo (capital), Rio Claro, and Curitiba/Paraná. In 2020 he formed a band called SAMOON, in which all the compositions are his own. All the songs are already finished and ready to be recorded.
